Preset stands behind the quality of our materials and workmanship. Every kit is inspected before it ships to ensure correct fitment, alignment, and finish.

Preset kits are covered by a limited workmanship warranty for 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to issues related to materials or mounting quality, including manufacturing defects or errors that affect normal use of the product as delivered. If a valid issue is confirmed, Preset will repair or replace the affected component at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, crashes, improper handling, pressure washing, chemical exposure, heat misuse, or post delivery modification. Issues resulting from incorrect bike selection, aftermarket parts that alter fitment, or installation errors after delivery are also not covered. Graphics are designed for motocross use, but riding conditions, environment, and maintenance all affect longevity and are outside the scope of this warranty.

If you believe your kit has a warranty related issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the problem. Do not install or modify the product if you believe there is an issue. Installing the product may void warranty eligibility.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Preset reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies under this warranty. Our goal is to deliver a finished product that meets our standards and yours. If something is not right, we want to know.
