Refund policy

Every kit is made for you
Each Preset kit is built to order for your exact bike, model and year, and personalized with the name and number you enter at checkout. Because it's made specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for an incorrect bike, year, name or number selected at checkout. Please double-check your order before submitting.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. Email hello@presetplastics.com with your order number. After 24 hours your kit enters production and the order can no longer be cancelled.

Fitment Guarantee
We stand behind our fitment. If your kit doesn't fit correctly because of a production or template error on our end, we'll remake the affected pieces at no cost. To make a claim, email hello@presetplastics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear installation photos showing the issue.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your kit as soon as it arrives. If it was damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at hello@presetplastics.com with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.

Not covered
Improper installation isn’t considered a fitment issue, and hardware isn’t covered. Every kit arrives with the graphics already mounted on genuine UFO plastics, so there’s no surface prep or application on your end. Problems with the mount itself are covered separately by the 30-day mount guarantee at presetplastics.com/guarantee.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
