ORDERING
Question: What exactly is a Preset kit
Answer: Preset kits are premium graphics professionally mounted on OEM quality plastics, shipped to you ready to install on your bike. You are buying a finished result, not a stack of vinyl and instructions.
Question: What do I need to choose when ordering
Answer: Select your bike brand and model, then choose your year range or generation, then choose your kit style, then add your rider name and number if you want personalization. If you are unsure between two options, order using the exact model and year on your registration or VIN and message us before checkout.
Question: Can I customize the name and number
Answer: Yes. Most kits can be customized with rider name and number. You will enter the exact spelling and number at checkout. We print what you submit, so double check before placing the order.
Question: Can I see a proof before it ships
Answer: If your order includes a customized name and number, we can provide a proof when requested. If you want a proof, contact us immediately after ordering. If you do not request one, your order will move into production to keep turnaround fast.
Question: Can I change my order after placing it
Answer: If production has not started, changes may be possible. Once printing or mounting begins, changes are not guaranteed. Message us as soon as possible with your order number and the exact change needed.
Question: Do you accept cancellations
Answer: Cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once your kit enters printing or mounting, it cannot be cancelled because it is made to order.
BIKE FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY
Question: How do I know the kit will fit my bike
Answer: Fitment is based on your exact brand, model, and year range. Choose carefully. If you are between two generations or have a special edition model, message us before ordering so we can confirm the correct fitment.
Question: What if my bike has a different gas tank or aftermarket parts
Answer: Aftermarket tanks, oversized tanks, radiator braces, certain skid plates, and some frame guards can affect clearance and how plastics sit. Our kits are built around OEM fitment. If you run major aftermarket parts, you may need minor adjustments during install.
Question: Are these full kits or shroud only
Answer: Preset kits are full graphics kits unless the product listing says otherwise. Each listing tells you exactly what is included.
PLASTICS
Question: Are plastics included
Answer: Yes, your kit includes plastics unless the product listing clearly states graphics only. Preset is built around delivering a complete finished set.
Question: What plastics do you use
Answer: We use OEM quality plastics selected for correct fit and durability. The exact plastics brand may vary by bike model and availability, but the standard is always correct fitment and a clean final result.
Question: Can I choose plastic color
Answer: If color options are available for your model, you will see them on the product page. If you do not see a color option, the kit is offered in the standard color for that model.
GRAPHIC MATERIAL AND FINISH
Question: What vinyl and laminate do you use
Answer: Preset kits are produced with professional grade moto specific materials designed for durability, strong adhesion, and long term wear. We prioritize clean print, consistent color, and a finish that holds up to real riding.
Question: Are there finish options like gloss or matte
Answer: If finish options are available for your kit, you will be able to select them on the product page. If you do not see options, the kit ships with our standard finish.
Question: Will the graphics fade or peel
Answer: Normal use will not cause peeling when plastics are properly cleaned and installed, and we mount them to ensure alignment and adhesion. Like any graphics, abuse, pressure washing too close, harsh chemicals, and constant abrasion can shorten lifespan.
Question: Can I pressure wash the bike
Answer: Yes, but use common sense. Keep distance, avoid blasting edges directly, and do not use extreme heat. A pressure washer used too close will damage any graphics over time.
TURNAROUND TIME AND SHIPPING
Question: How long does it take to ship
Answer: Most orders are produced and mounted within our standard production window. Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier. Tracking is provided as soon as your order ships.
Question: Do you offer rush orders
Answer: Rush options may be available depending on workload and materials. If you have a hard deadline, message us before ordering with your date and bike model so we can confirm what is realistic.
Question: Do you ship internationally
Answer: If international shipping is enabled at checkout, we can ship to your country. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.
Question: My tracking says delivered but I do not have it
Answer: Check around your property, ask neighbors, and contact the carrier first. If it still cannot be located, message us with your order number and we will help you next step.
INSTALLATION
Question: Is installation hard
Answer: Plastics installation is straightforward for most riders. You are swapping plastics, not applying graphics. Basic tools and a clean space are all you need.
Question: Do I need to heat the graphics or do anything special
Answer: No. We mount the graphics for you. You are not installing vinyl, you are installing finished plastics.
Question: Will the graphics lift at the edges over time
Answer: Edges can lift if plastics are exposed to constant abrasion, excessive heat, harsh chemicals, or pressure washing too close. Our mounting process is designed to minimize edge lift, but riding conditions still matter.
WARRANTY
Question: Do Preset kits come with a warranty?
Answer: Yes. Preset kits are inspected before shipping and are covered by a limited 30-day workmanship warranty from the date of delivery. If there is an issue related to materials or mounting quality, contact us and we will make it right. Damage caused by crashes, improper handling, pressure washing, normal wear, or post-delivery modification is not covered.
RETURNS REFUNDS AND ISSUES
Question: Can I return my kit if I change my mind
Answer: Because kits are made to order and often personalized, returns are limited. If you think you may not want it, do not order until you are sure.
Question: What if I ordered the wrong bike or year
Answer: Fitment is the customer’s responsibility at checkout. If production has not started, we may be able to adjust. Once production begins, we cannot remake a full kit due to an ordering error.
Question: What if my kit arrives damaged
Answer: Inspect your package immediately upon delivery and take photos of the box and contents. Message us right away with your order number and photos so we can file a claim and handle it properly.
Question: What if something is missing
Answer: Message us with your order number and what is missing. We will verify the order and correct it quickly.
Question: What if the fitment seems off
Answer: Do not install anything if you believe something is wrong. Take clear photos of the plastics on the bike and message us. Fitment issues are usually caused by selecting the wrong generation, aftermarket parts, or a mismatch between model variants. We will help you troubleshoot.
BRAND AND TRUST
Question: Why is Preset priced higher than standard graphics
Answer: You are not paying for a sheet of vinyl. You are paying for a completed kit, professionally mounted, aligned, inspected, and shipped ready to install. The time, precision, and materials are built into the finished result.
Question: Are these officially licensed OEM designs
Answer: Preset kits are original designs built for each bike platform. If a design is inspired by a factory era or style, it is still created as a Preset interpretation and produced as a custom graphics kit.
Question: Will you be adding more brands, models, and designs
Answer: Yes. We are building the catalog continuously. If your bike is not listed yet, contact us and tell us your exact model and year range.
CONTACT
Question: How do I contact you
Answer: Use the contact form on the site or message us through Instagram. Include your order number if you already placed an order so we can help faster.
Question: What info should I include when I reach out
Answer: Your order number, your bike brand and model, your year or generation, and a clear description of the issue or question. If it is a fitment question, include a photo of your bike.
