Q: What do I actually get?
A: A complete plastics kit with the graphics already mounted. Front number plate, radiator shrouds, side panels, front fender, rear fender, and fork guards, depending on the model. It arrives ready to bolt on.
Q: So it is not a sticker kit?
A: No. You are buying the physical plastic panels with the vinyl already applied. There is nothing left to install except hardware.
Q: Are the plastics genuine UFO?
A: Yes. UFO Plastics, made in Italy. The same panels used across the starting line.
Q: What vinyl is used?
A: 21 mil Substance. Panels are stripped of mold-release agent, primed with 3M Primer 94 on bare plastic, then every edge is post-heated to 176 degrees and measured.
Q: Which brands do you cover?
A: Honda, Yamaha, KTM, Husqvarna, Kawasaki, and Suzuki.
Q: What are the collections?
A: Factory, Blackout, OEM, Heritage, and Phantom.
Q: Can I put my own number and name on it?
A: Yes. Number, name, fonts, and colors are selected when you build the kit. Colors come from a set approved for that design.
Q: Can I upload a sponsor logo?
A: Yes, during the build. You confirm you have the right to use it.
Fitment
Q: How do I know it fits my bike?
A: You select brand, model, and year when you order. The kit is built for that bike specifically.
Q: What if I order the wrong year?
A: Reply to your order confirmation before you approve the proof and it gets corrected at no cost. After the proof is approved, the kit is already being built for the bike you confirmed.
Q: My bike is not listed. Can you still build it?
A: Email us the year, make, and model. Coverage expands based on what riders ask for.
Ordering & shipping
Q: How much is it?
A: $499 flat. Free shipping. Every kit, every brand, every collection.
Q: Do I get to see it before it is made?
A: Yes. A proof goes out within one business day of your order. Your build starts once you approve it.
Q: How long until it arrives?
A: Each kit is built to order, mounted by hand, and cured a full day before boxing. Current lead time is listed at checkout.
Q: What if it arrives damaged?
A: Photograph the box and the panels before doing anything else and email us. Shipping damage is handled directly and does not come out of your pocket.
The guarantee
Q: What does the guarantee cover?
A: If the mount is not right when the kit arrives, we remake the affected panels and ship them free. You keep the originals. Thirty days, one photo.
Q: What does it not cover?
A: Crash damage, pressure washing, and normal wear from riding.
Q: Why is it limited?

Care
Q: Can I pressure wash it?
A: Not close to an edge. A pressure washer will lift vinyl that was mounted correctly. Keep the wand back, keep it moving, and never aim at a perimeter or a seam. Details are in the Care Guide.
Q: How long will the graphics last?
A: Longer than most people expect on the face of the panel. Edges are what fail, and edges are what the mounting process is built around.

A: One person. Every kit is mounted and inspected by hand before it ships.
