Your proof names the bike your kit is built for. Check it before you approve; changes are free until then.

A production or template error on Preset’s side. Claim within 7 days of delivery: email your order number and photos of the kit on the bike to hello@presetplastics.com, and Preset remakes it.

Once you approve your proof, production starts and the panels carry your name and number. A kit built for a bike you chose by mistake is rebuilt at your cost, and the price is quoted before any work starts.
