WHY THE PLASTIC DECIDES EVERYTHING.
A graphics kit is only as good as what it’s mounted to.
Cheap plastic warps out of the mold. It flexes wrong under a squeegee. It carries mold lines and low spots exactly where a graphic needs a flat, true surface. Mount a perfect graphic to a bad panel and you’ve built a bad panel with a nice sticker on it.
OEM-true geometry means the panels bolt to stock mounting points like the originals. True surfaces mean the graphic sits flat, the edges seal clean, and the mount survives seasons instead of weeks. Consistent molding means kit four hundred goes together exactly like kit four.
That last part is why the guarantee is possible at all.
WHAT WE PRINT ON IT.
Graphics print on 21-mil Substance Spinal, laminated before they’re cut.
Twenty-one mil is the thickness serious riders look for, and the reason is simple. It takes roost, boots, tie-down straps, and a season of pressure washing without going soft at the edges. Thinner material photographs the same and lasts half as long.
