the Preset guarantee

If the mount is not right when your kit arrives, we remake the affected panels and ship them to you free. You keep the originals.

That is the guarantee. The rest of this page is what it covers, what it does not, and how to make a claim.

What counts as a bad mount

A lifted edge. A bubble or crease under the vinyl. A graphic sitting off-register on the panel. A particle trapped beneath the material. Each one of these is visible in a photograph, which is why a photograph is all we ask for.

What we do

We remake the affected panels and ship them at no cost to you. Not the whole kit, unless the whole kit is affected. The panels that are wrong.

You keep the originals. There is nothing to return and nothing to pack. A bad panel is our mistake, and asking you to spend an evening boxing it back up would make it your problem twice.

How to make a claim

Photograph the panel under a bright light held at an angle to the surface. Angled light shows an edge lift that flat light hides. Email the photos to [hello@presetplastics.com] within thirty days of delivery.

We reply within one business day. If the mount is wrong, the remake starts that day.

What this does not cover

Crash damage. Pressure washing. Normal wear from riding.

Vinyl on a dirt bike lives a hard life. Roost, mud, fuel and heat are all harder on a graphic than the mount will ever be, and a pressure washer held close to an edge will lift material that was mounted correctly. This guarantee covers the quality of the work when the kit left the shop. It is not a warranty against the sport.

Why it is limited

This is a limited guarantee. It covers the mount, on arrival, for thirty days. It is not unconditional and it is not money-back.

The usual policy on mounted graphics is that no mount job is ever perfect and there is no warranty on it. We would rather write down exactly what we stand behind than promise everything and argue about the details later.

Every kit is mounted and inspected by person before it ships. If one goes out wrong, it is our responsibility to fix it.
