Free on every kit, anywhere in the US. Preset ships within the United States only.
How is it packed?

Each panel ships with a clear film over the graphics, in its own bag, packed so nothing rubs in transit. Peel the film before your first ride.
What if the box arrives damaged?

Photograph the box before you open it, then the panels. Email them with your order number to hello@presetplastics.com. Shipping damage is handled for you; there’s nothing to file with the carrier.

Within 24 hours of ordering, for a full refund: email hello@presetplastics.com with your order number. After that the order can’t be cancelled, but you can still change the design, name or number until you approve your proof.

Every kit is built for one bike and one rider, so there are no returns for a change of mind. If the mount or the fit is wrong, the guarantee covers it.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
