We ship within the United States.
How long it takes
Two things happen before your kit moves.
First, the proof. It goes out within one business day of your order and shows exactly what is being built. Nothing is ordered or cut until you approve it.
Then production. Panels are prepped, the vinyl is mounted by hand, every edge is post-heated, and the kit cures a full day before it goes near a box. That cure is not optional and it is not a delay. It is the difference between an edge that stays down and one that lifts in a month.
Current lead time is listed at checkout. Tracking goes out the day the box ships.
How it is packed
Panels are separated so nothing rubs in transit, and the box is taped and sealed by the same person who mounted the kit.
If your box arrives damaged
Photograph it before you open it. Then photograph the panels.
Email the photos with your order number and we handle it directly. Shipping damage does not come out of your pocket and there is nothing for you to file with the carrier.
Do the photos first. A damage claim without them is a much harder conversation for everyone.
Returns
Every kit is built for one bike, with one rider’s name and number mounted on the panels by hand. It cannot be resold to anyone else, so kits are not returnable once they are built.
That is the trade for made-to-order work, and it is why the proof step exists.
Cancelling
Before you approve your proof, you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. Nothing has been ordered, cut, or mounted.
After you approve the proof, production starts and the order cannot be cancelled.
If something is wrong with the kit
That is a different situation and it is covered.
If the mount is not right when your kit arrives, we remake the affected panels and ship them free. You keep the originals. Thirty days, one photo. Full terms are on [The Preset Guarantee].

Changes after ordering
Name, number, color, or bike can all be changed before the proof is approved. Reply to your confirmation email.
After approval the file is locked and the panels are being built.
