Production time: Up to ten business days. Most kits ship sooner.
Delivery time: Two to five days after the kit ships.
Tracking: Sent the moment your kit leaves the workshop.
Where we ship: United States only at launch. International is on the roadmap.
RETURNS.
Fitment issues: If your kit doesn't fit your bike, we remake it and ship priority. Reply to your order confirmation.
Damage in transit: Photograph the damage and email hello@presetplastics.com within forty-eight hours. We remake the kit and ship priority.
Final-print kits: Every kit is made for your bike with your number and rider name. Final-print kits aren't eligible for return outside of fitment or damage cases.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within twelve hours of placement. After that, the kit is in production.
