Clean
Every panel is wiped with 90%+ isopropyl alcohol to take off the mold-release agent new plastic carries.

Prime
Primer goes on the bare plastic, so the adhesive has something to hold.

Mount
The graphics go on by hand, squeegeed from the center out.

Heat-set
Every edge is heated to 176°F and measured, until the vinyl forgets it was ever flat.

Cure
The kit sits a full 24 hours before it’s inspected.

Inspect
Every panel is checked and photographed, then bagged and boxed.
Guaranteed in writing
If the mount isn’t right when your kit arrives, email a photo to hello@presetplastics.com within 30 days. A lifted edge, a bubble, misalignment or a defect in the material all count. We remake the affected panels, ship them to you free, and you keep the originals.
